J-1 Program Open Recruitment Fair – Aug. 26, 2022

Experience Abroad will be hosting a J-1 Program Open Recruitment Fair for the month of August. It will be held at our main office in RCBC Plaza, Makati City, Philippines, on August 26, 2022.

The goal of this open recruitment fair is to orient interested J-1 applicants to the Exchange Visitor Program and start processing your applications through a face-to-face interview.

 

What happened during the July open recruitment fair?

Last July 29, Experience Abroad held an open recruitment fair with several attendees from the different universities in Metro Manila. Some universities include the University of Santo Tomas, Far Eastern University, and Lyceum of the Philippines University.

 

 

Surprisingly, most of the participants were fresh graduates with hospitality undergraduate degrees.

Based on their feedback, attendees found the orientation very informative and interesting. All questions about program fees, host company partners, and other relevant information were immediately addressed and clarified.

The fair also piqued their interests, as many of them seemed to have finalized and settled on their decision to participate in the internship and traineeship program in the United States.

The onsite orientation and interview helped Experience Abroad get to know their applicants a little better when conducting it online.

 

What to expect?

Attendees can expect to get to know Experience Abroad more, especially the people behind its success. Participants will also be informed about the J1 program— the fees, duration, host company partners, eligibility requirements, and many more.

Initial interviews will be conducted immediately after the program orientation, which marks the start of the application process.

If you get lucky, an office tour can be arranged to give a glimpse of our working environment and office culture.

What to bring?

You should prepare original and duplicate copies of your:

• Two (2) valid IDs
• Resume
• Diploma or school certificate
• Transcript of records or summary of grades
• Work certificates, if applicable.

 

When and where will it be held?

The Experience Abroad Open Recruitment Fair will be held on August 26, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN, on the 30th floor in RCBC Plaza, Yuchengco Tower 1, in the heart of Makati City, Philippines.
