Our partnership with EduConnect USA gives international students the chance to earn an executive-style MBA in just one year and then work for two years at one of our partner host companies. To make this possible, we offer grants and an interest-free payment plan that helps make studying and working in the USA more accessible to international students.

The Executive MBA program is offered by Alliant International University at their Los Angeles campus. The course is taught in an executive format, including online synchronous weekly classes and monthly in-person class sessions. These in-person sessions require 2 to 3 days of attendance on weekends or weekdays, which will be determined in advance.

 

First Year: Curricular Practical Training (CPT)

International students can work full-time for 10 months at the most during the first year while studying toward their MBA and receive a salary to help pay for their tuition.

 

Second Year: Optional Practical Training (OPT)

Students work full-time during the second year of the program to validate their degree through practical training. Most students will obtain middle management positions.

 

Advantages: The program allows students to move from operational positions to managerial positions over a 2-year commitment.

Hospitality Management

This concentration is designed to provide an opportunity for you to meet the needs of the growing and fast-paced hospitality industry.

It will prepare you for a career in the large hospitality segment, focusing on the hotel industry but also including the travel and tourism segments.

 

Information Systems Technology

This concentration provides you with specialized knowledge in enterprise business models such as process integration, system analysis, data management/business intelligence, and information systems for small- to medium-sized businesses.

 

Marketing and Digital Technology

In this concentration, you’ll learn the principles and applications of branding and brand management. Focuses will include developing and presenting marketing plans, sales strategy, market research, and data analysis.

 

Management and Leadership

This concentration prepares you to take control of a range of business functions through advanced managerial studies. A concentration in management and leadership includes additional course offerings in the science and art of effective management.
