We understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a terrible financial impact on students, young professionals and on the entire hospitality industry and for that reason, we have decided to help and lower all our program fees by $500. Take advantage of our new 2023 rates and travel the world.

Registration Fee: Payment to start the placement process. Required to be paid to be endorsed for a host company interview. (Non-Refundable)

Placement Fee: Payment after passing the host company interview. Issued once offer letter is available.

SEVIS Fee: All participants are required to pay the $220 SEVIS fee. This fee will be collected together with the program fees and EA will remit the payment on your behalf to the US Department of State- Department of Homeland Security.

SEVIS Fee is mandated to support the program office and the automated system that keeps track of students and exchange visitors and ensures that they maintain their status while in the United States. (Non-Refundable)

Visa Fee: Payment before securing a schedule in the US Embassy.

*We also offer flexible payment terms or installment payment plans.
